I would also first take the route of conversation! Everything else is somewhat doubtful anyway, and besides, who says they wouldn't have the whole thing fixed quite quickly if it seems very important to them for some reason.

I will try again today to have a personal conversation. Let's see what comes of it. Otherwise, I have to see what solutions are available. Thanks so far. I will get in touch if there is any news.

This means a corridor of consistently – also at the ends – 3.5 m "clear" width.

Amateurism is not awarded.

The purpose of use with a single-family house naturally includes the construction and maintenance of such a house. The wording is not specifically focused on construction. It means the path is to be used to the usual extent by residents and visitors; you are not supposed to operate a business there or build the house so beautifully that busloads of Chinese come to photograph it.

If – despite the fixation / narrowing – a driving-through width of 3.5 m remains, the right is sufficiently fulfilled. You are not entitled to more.

Incidentally, you hardly have a different situation than builders with bottleneck driveways; they solve it too. The concrete mixer driver can happily come by on Thursdays and watch the garbage collectors maneuver.

Hello everyone,

yesterday was the big day when the concrete mixers arrived. In the end, it worked out because the neighbor across the street opened his driveway and the trucks were able to maneuver over it.

By the way, a conversation of over an hour with the property owner brought nothing. No matter what offer I made, everything was immediately rejected. When the topic then shifted toward [Ossis] and [Wessis], I didn't feel like discussing anymore.

Thanks for the numerous responses.

Regards

See, if the neighborhood apparently works, then it doesn't really matter that the owners are a bit "weird." Then good luck with the building!

Are there still these Wessis who have never (again) been at the location of their property before and after the opening of the will (just so as not to damage their image of the communist Neanderthal missing South fruits)?
