Good evening,

Rest: d´accord

Yep - unfortunately, something has to be put "around it" on the outside and it almost always involves choosing between the lesser of two evils. But at least CS for the inside is something

Kind regards

I see that completely differently Competing demands can usually only be second best to satisfy optimally with a "universal." Initially cheaper for sure, but not sustainable in the long run.

Hello €uro, Aha, the harm that the site (exactly one site, by a Mr. Plag) is supposed to cause, I cannot yet see. On the web, you can find many comments from builders who have subsequently confirmed the fundamental correctness of the calculations.

Why so upset? Since I pay nothing there and have not registered, the gentleman probably won’t give me a guarantee, why should he? For me, it’s about being able to roughly compare different concepts in advance with a given budget even without a planner. I neither want to spend money on an independent planner nor consult the planner dependent on the respective general contractor.

By concept I understand:

1. u-values vs. price of base plate, wall, window (incl. solar gains), ceiling/roof
2. Other aspects: algae/soiling susceptibility of the facade + thermal insulation + possibly condensation problems
2. Ventilation with/without heat recovery with/without earth heat exchanger
3. Heating technology (still gas, already heat pump, air-water heat pump, brine heat pump, etc.)
4. Solar: sensible except for KfW70/55 program?

The gentleman helped me with his calculation work. Bad?

I follow up: You mean that today’s heating systems respond much more sensitively to planning errors with a reduction in efficiency than older technology? Does this already apply to gas condensing units or only from heat pumps upwards?

How should a layman see that, since the necessary professional training is lacking. Anonymous? How naive can one be? Only naive people fall for forged, anonymous positive reports used as sales support. Here, the clientele of the cheap bargain hunters is being served, who want valuable things for free. Even a U.S. presidential candidate has used this trick. Not at all, if you want to believe it. The significant and economic questions in the overall context were not answered! Correct! However, it is not so much the efficiency but rather the JNG or in the case of heat pumps the annual performance factor that are decisive. This applies to all heat generators given today’s and future expected energy prices.

Hello €uro,

No, it should have first priority; I assume it is clear to everyone that this "universal," as you put it, does not come in "cheap"

Kind regards

Can it be a bit clearer? What do you two experts mean by "Universal"?
