10,000 Houses Program Stopped

Do you seriously believe that anyone there cares?

I would be fine if they would finally communicate something. I can even live with it if it doesn’t work out. Still better than losing money because of a few weeks.

Current information:
Progress no longer in Q1.

Earliest date April/May, although this is not even certain.

It is not due to the funds available, but because the funding requirements are to be tightened and this is currently still pending at the Ministry of Economics.
They are apparently just revising the conditions. And this is dragging on for an uncertain length of time!

For us builders, an absolute catastrophe, what is going on there!
(Especially for those who have improved their insulation etc. specifically for this)

P.S.
There will also be no "relaxation" of the conditions. As soon as even one trade has been commissioned with a service (i.e. a signature has been made), the funding can NO longer be claimed.

At least 6500 €, which we had firmly planned.
In the end, it was nearly 10,000 € that we spent to actually secure the 6500 € funding and have a better insulated house...
In addition, a correction had to be applied for as well as a six-month construction delay due to the renewed building permit.

So these are not just "nice to have" things. It would be nice if that were all.
