There is an official update (see HP):
- is expected to resume in early April 2017
- Max 1300 funding applications in 2017, visualized by a counter
Significant changes in the EnergySystemHouse program section
[*]The number of funding cases is limited to 1,300 (2017) and expected to 1,700 (2018). The remaining available applications are indicated by a counter on the application platform.
[*]The TechnikBonus will in future also support particularly efficient air-to-water heat pumps, without the need to combine them with a photovoltaic system.
[*]The TechnikBonus is extended to include the funding of "community solutions" (shared use of a heating/storage system by several single- or two-family houses).
[*]The energy requirements for the energy efficiency bonus are increased in new buildings. For the specific heating demand in the two efficiency levels, a different value is required depending on the calculation method (PHPP/Energy Saving Ordinance): 30/20 kWh/m²a for the 2-liter house and 15/10 kWh/m²a for the 1-liter house.
[*]In new buildings, the energy efficiency bonus will only be granted once per residential building instead of per housing unit.
[*]For the energy efficiency bonus, the funding amount for the 2-liter house in new buildings is set at €3,000.
[*]In renovation of existing buildings, the conditions remain unchanged.
Although the question of my predecessor is definitely not unfounded... How can it be verified that work did not begin before the application was submitted?
