Currently I am considering whether we should switch back to gas and forgo the subsidy.
Oh, the people at the hotline can tell me all kinds of things about
could have and would have.
I call there every week and everyone tries to explain it differently somehow.
But ultimately, no one there has a clue about what is actually being revised at the moment, let alone when anything will change.
It's nice that you can still go back.
Not all builders have that advantage.
We, for example, unfortunately can no longer do that.
Our separate tectonic planning (so a new building application was necessary in mid-2016) because of stronger exterior walls and improved insulation for Kfw55 and the 3-liter house mentioned in the program.
The solar pipes are already lying in the trench around the future house (according to information, this was already possible and does not count as the start of construction since it was only preparatory work and done as self-performed work without a contract).
We are basically just waiting for this damn program...
We have already had to postpone all the craftsmen several times.
It really annoys us that we invested extra money back then to get the subsidy.
If we had known that, we wouldn’t have gone to the energy consultant back then and could have started building already in 2016. (and in addition would have saved a lot of extra investment/trouble that we have now)
