Barny has really received a comprehensive offer.

For me, after a short phone outline of my ideas and a sketch
of a floor plan idea and asking twice, it looked exactly like this:

What I have experienced so far is a big mess.
I describe my ideas for the house somewhat exactly in the first phone call,
including the craftsmanship, financial and time possibilities, and after several inquiries
I get a number shouted at me in two sentences.

No offer regarding the services
No inquiry if there are questions about the email
No inquiry about a personal conversation/contact
No.........

In your offer there are certainly a few more letters.....
but what about the drywall? the plumbing work? Zinc, copper, plastic?
which wall thicknesses? Planning freedom????? no load-bearing walls on the ground floor? Corner windows?
Color and texture of the windows?
......
.......
It doesn’t have to describe the interior wall stone over three DIN A4 pages,
but for 150 k € there is very little information.

So 36.5 external walls, internal load-bearing walls 24, non-load-bearing 11.5, drywall does not exist, everything is built with masonry
