How do you assess the burglary resistance of the following windows?

Of course; but you also don't need to make it too easy. The more difficult it is, the more likely they will go to the neighbors.

Now the pictures show no protective measures at all... so if you want more security, I would at least retrofit mushroom cams or rod locks on the ground floor.

However, you will probably have to replace the entire mechanism since the windows are already quite old.

Furthermore, it is also questionable how the window structure is on the inside... if there are no reinforcements, meaning steel profiles inside, then even the mushroom cams will not help much...

With the mushroom cams, however, you already need significantly more force and noise to pry the mushroom cams out of the plastic with the fittings.

Just google "break-in attempt on a window with mushroom cam locking" on YouTube. Although the person is not very clever, it offers significantly better protection than in "break-in without mushroom cam locking".

If they had used a crowbar in the 2nd video, it would have taken less than 16 seconds.

Where the steel reinforcement would help better is against difficult drilling in the video "Demonstration break-in with wire".

But lockable window handles are a very good supplement here. Otherwise, the mushroom cams alone don’t help at all...

However, it is still relatively easy... if it is pure plastic profiles without reinforcement by steel and there are only a few pegs... I have just gone through this topic... there is also a relatively long thread about it...

I once worked for a window manufacturer (aluminum). They also easily retrofitted forty-year-old windows (although the profile was still produced unchanged).

The plastic window (sash) profiles known to me all have a core made of a - simply put - square steel tube. Otherwise, they would also "wobble like a lamb’s tail" (or the hood of a 2 CV) and would already warp between opening and closing while ventilating.

So you don't see any burglary resistance in the windows shown here?
