The development plan allows both - the house opposite also has glossy engobed tiles. However, I have read that neighbors can sue against it - I want to prevent us from leaving them on now and in three years someone complains because it dazzles. What do you think about that?
When I read your recent posts here, I often wonder whose house is actually being built?
I do not call it "adventure" for nothing when I address issues of house building; building a house
is an adventure. In your case, it expresses itself, for example, in the delivery of wrong roof tiles; that can happen. Only - both glossy and matte are allowed according to the development plan, so for me the question here is rather one of proportionality. Instead of - like some here - loudly crying out for compensation/demolition, the thought could also occur that you receive added value without extra costs for your single-family house, provided the glossy tiles can be installed; the roofer is already paying for that anyway.
Therefore, decide - without forum opinion (because it is your house) - what you prefer and act accordingly. By the way, take a few days off the internet, not every online opinion has a real basis; a neighbor has no legal grounds to sue you if the development plan allows a glossy roof covering. He would have had sufficient opportunity to object when the development plan was disclosed.
