Can you take a picture including the pipe connections?

1. Are exhaust air, supply air, extract air, and outside air really connected correctly to the distributor? There should be a diagram in the operating or installation manual. 2. The pairs supply air/extract air and outside air/exhaust air should have approximately the same temperatures. 3. Depending on the set target temperature, it can certainly be the case that the exhaust air is higher than the supply air. In our system, the bypass opens when the extract air is > target temperature. What target temperature is set for you, and is it ensured that the damper is actually closed? That takes a while. 4. How is the pipe routing of supply and extract air? Are there pictures from the construction phase? In our case, the pipes are inside the thermal envelope but routed directly along the exterior wall. Unfortunately, this results in considerable cooling or heating depending on the season, but unfortunately, that cannot be changed now.

Wolf systems (like others) always measure the resistance during commissioning or recalibration at every filter change. So it can happen that if the pressure is too high due to the length of the pipes, valve settings, etc., the system then delivers a lower amount of air volume as a self-protection measure. For example, instead of the maximum specified 325 cbm, only 250 cbm (the exact amount is determined by the device itself and is directly proportional to the pressure in the pipes/system). Accordingly, less air naturally ends up in the house in the end. A new measurement and recalibration of the valves and filters can help. Possibly also a check of the tightness etc. How is the valve situation on the outer wall (or roof)? There could have been errors there as well. At your temperatures, I don't see any problems now. The system should work properly in that range, and the bypass is usually automatic anyway. That means it is possible you read the values when it was closed.

Thank you very much for your help!
An employee of the company Wolf was already on site, he corrected the sensors and/or the assignment of the sensors.
Very interesting with the self-protection function. The device also measures the flow rate. The measured air volume of the device also corresponds to the set value, see pictures above. If the device switches to self-protection, is the actual value of the flow rate measurement then displayed, i.e. at a setting of 325cbm -> 250cbm, or is this also adjusted?
