That conflicts. You notice that, don’t you?

Otherwise, allow me just one question: Would you sign the purchase contract at the VW dealer for a custom-designed car if the desired engine, the suitable rims, and the sunroof are not yet listed in the contract, but of course, all this can still be individually planned later?

If you answer “Yes, of course,” you can also sign the house contract. If not, you shouldn’t even have asked here in the first place. Otherwise, after signing the contract, the saying also applies here: “He who orders the music must also pay for it” – every wish after signing the contract will, in case of doubt, be at the expense of your account. And if there are already such obvious problem areas like windows, I don’t want to know what else might come your way that you currently can’t even foresee in the fine print.

because you have not yet met or spoken to a professional regarding an individual plan who has created a professional and feasible plan for you on a surveyed plot with a soil report and height measurement. In other words, an architect. They usually sit inside the company and not outside, like the salesperson or representative who is supposed to entice you (not in a negative sense) so that you continue the building process with this company with interest. It is not their job to coax a signature out of you. Unfortunately, there are many bad apples who do exactly that. He probably drew for you exactly what you wanted to see.. who? By the representative or salesperson? You notice that something is not right there? Something like that is developed together with the planner The planner would also advise you regarding fixed windows that if there is a slope directly behind, you would not be able to clean them from the outside, so for that very reason, you should refrain from fixed windows despite wanting them. On the other hand, other motives influence window size and type, which are planned at the planning stage and not simply changed based on layperson opinions. Consequently: go to other providers who do it differently or, if it absolutely has to be this building company: have the representative kindly guide you to the contact persons. A plan then takes several weeks, and much more happens than just two desk appointments in the show house.

Building on a slope should be carefully considered. Prefabricated house suppliers may not be the right contact points for this. A freelance architect should take a look at it first. You can of course also post the planning here, some people will look into the matter. Whether the re-planning of the windows is such a simple idea will then become clear.
