Window - Incorrect advice, wrong window product installed

We are currently building a single-family house and had the windows installed yesterday. Now we have noticed that there are different textures. Our window installer never told us or showed us anything about this. We wanted smooth anthracite plastic windows. We also showed photos of how it should look on the house! (Similar to aluminum windows). Now the windows are in and we have grainy plastic windows that are not angular but rather rounded in their frames. It looks terrible. We trusted the window installer because he is my grandfather. He gave completely wrong advice and now we are left standing here totally sad. I don't care if it is family or not. We are paying an extremely high price for something we never wanted.

What was ordered? Which profile (=square/round) and which film (=smooth/textured/domed)?

But first, very few people choose smooth films. Every scratch shows on them and they look artificial.

We only received this. It only shows the number. On the company's homepage, however, there are no structures listed, ONLY a color chart where no texture could be identified

Brands, models, are usually not selectable, as it is calculated based on quantity. Special requests must be registered in writing and paid for separately.

The construction service description does not even state that it should be triple-glazed.

He should normally know that, right? I hope something can be done through his liability insurance! I mean, he has given us really bad advice!!! My grandpa says if the structure is not the one we want, we have to expressly tell the company again. Somehow he doesn't understand that he made the mistake and just commissioned it like that! I definitely cannot accept these windows like this. They look dreadful. We have a really beautiful large single-family house with very big and many windows and now they are made of totally ugly grainy plastic that shines mega when the sun is shining.

How are you building, with a general contractor and the windows taken out as a service of the [Opas] or complete individual contracting?
