I would stay away from Greenline, too many of them have gone under. They must have really had problems with the batteries in the early days. Somewhere on the web there’s still the video where the firefighter got knocked off the dock. If anything, I’d rather trust the Deep-Blue system from Torqueedo. That way, normally you could run on diesel (which can be synthetic diesel, I use CARE diesel or GTL), but in case of future inner-city diesel bans, you could run electrically for a few hours. But as a retrofit, that costs 50,000 to 100,000 EUR. At the moment, I’m not expecting diesel bans on the water. But we are in the house-building forum here... The house got a bit more expensive and we don’t like unsecured loans, so we dropped the idea of the boat. I still think those things are great and they’re good for more than just lying at the dock.
