That sounds extremely ideological. Maybe consider whether that is the right approach. I would also initially have a problem if my future partner voted Green or Left, but that is not a dealbreaker. Similarly, if she were religious, I could come to terms with it. A person is made up of much more. Just a tip.

My parents would consider any decision on my part that deviates from the paths they have set as grossly ungrateful.

And that one does not get involved with a woman from the [neurechten Spektrum] who generally has something against certain groups of people should actually be self-evident.

Don't let yourself be controlled by prejudices and stereotyping. So much of what you have posted so far goes in this direction. No wonder success with women is then lacking. You might look like Brad Pitt and still no chance.

It reads as if you are the plaything of your parents and submit to them.

Nothing is absolute.

Yes, certain things are non-negotiable. But this is not a mass phenomenon either, it has perhaps happened a total of three times so far. Additionally, one from the left-wing extremist spectrum, which is no better either.

But shall we go back to my original question? Other forms of housing? How does it, for example, feel to live on a boat? Is one considered innovative there? Or does one create the image of a sociophobic eccentric? I just have to make sure that I can continue practicing my profession there; so far, my recording studio is in my basement...
