Which smart lamps are suitable for Matter?

Consciously decided yes, I wouldn't know exactly what one is restricted in? What KNX can do more than others. I did not present it as the best, just an alternative to these systems like Matter and similar. And I definitely don't regret it.

The ones that best fit the room and the interior design. Completely regardless of whether they can do more or not. I would not fixate on "lamps" but rather consider "lighting fixtures." For example, flat panels are very suitable for hallway or bathroom lighting. In the living room, on the other hand, I would not want them. etc.

Simple lighting fixtures and separate presence detectors at strategic locations. Not necessarily directly at the lamps.

Yes, they do, unfortunately currently only recessed spotlights, but there are solutions for that.

I have placed some filament Wi-Fi bulbs from TP-Link (KL50) in spots where a lamp was missing (on the piano, floor lamp, etc.). They used to be called Kasa, now they are Tapo. They don’t need a hub and I control them directly from my visualization – absolutely without delays and with perfect dimming. I find that quite nice for such purposes. At 17 euros each, pretty relaxed.
