If it's about a pure radio system, then Loxone would be an option, the system runs stably, you can basically integrate almost everything.

Lighting, switches, detectors.

But it is radio, with the disadvantages that every radio system naturally brings.

Isn't it the same with Loxone that the radio technology is only supposed to serve as an extension?

With Loxone the problem is that everything is connected to the Miniserver, if it fails nothing works anymore

It’s the same with heating systems, and that’s really bad, just like with all other controls.

I am not aware of any hardware-related Miniserver failures; even the SD card can be replaced within minutes if you have a backup of your system. And if the LAN socket burns out, you should reconsider your house wiring.

If a 16-channel actuator fails with KNX, it’s also dark; if the power supply fails, too; if someone messes with the bus, it’s dark as well...

Not fundamentally, for example, the Geiger motors are only available as wireless, but wiring is of course always preferable.

If the server fails with KNX, many things still work. If an actuator fails, everything else still works. Those who are anxious can also use redundant power supplies. Loxone is justified for inexperienced DIYers and clicky colorful users. You seem to be exactly the target group. The problem is that you think Loxone is better or more innovative. That is simply not the case.

That can be seen however you like. I see it differently.. But when I read that Matter is an OpenSource system...

You are welcome to do so. But that is due to your lack of knowledge and is not based on facts. I have the feeling you decided on Loxone, invested a lot, and now have to present it as the best. The only advantage lies in the slight "programmability" together with the more limited possibilities. This makes it easier to use for the masses.
