Which property would you choose?

The area looks familiar to me and from your names I can guess where it is :D Is it by any chance Schm........? If yes, we also wanted to apply for it but unfortunately we probably have "too much" wealth ^^ Otherwise, the plots are fully developed but still very expensive.....

I'm confused. The place starts with U, right? It's very close to us in the hinterland, that's why it seemed so familiar. Schm... is much more expensive and bigger. Anyway, you don't have to give any more location details. I would also suggest the 2.

The place starts with U but the property itself was sold by Schm****. And the whole thing is next to Oberteuringen. Are we talking about the same thing? As far as I know, you pay around 270 per sqm. Which I think is still reasonable, in the harbor you already pay 450 per sqm for the whole thing.

So I don't think it's a bargain, the area is nice but quite rural and FN is still a bit of a drive away. Sure, it still radiates that, but I really don't think €270 is cheap for it.
