Which property would you choose?

They are all good in terms of location. You have already crossed out those with worse orientation and neighbors. I personally would not want to build on the field. The unwelcome nocturnal visitors come from the field.

We are also leaning heavily towards 2 and if the plot should be gone, what do you think about 1 or 3 ???? Thanks in advance

For me, 1 would be an alternative, as I can do more with the evening sun than with the morning sun.

I would also take number 1 if I had the choice. Terraces with nice south and west orientation and an unobstructed view possible. By the way, I would (and have) always wanted to build by the field.
Otherwise number 2, because there too the south and west side remains with a lot of unobstructed view.

Definitely the 2nd one. And plan the roof orientation to achieve the highest possible photovoltaic yield ;) By the way, we also have an outdoor plot with a field behind the garden. For me, that was the most important condition for the property. Ideally, I wouldn’t even want a fence to the field. We only have a 1m high wire mesh fence because of the children and now the dog. I prefer it very wide and open. We’ll see. Maybe the fence will be gone again someday :) I also wouldn’t know which unpleasant visitors I should be afraid of?!
