And the answer is that you have no choice without a plot of land if only companies that offer plots of land do so only in connection with a construction contract with them. Not without reason did I ask again whether you (my Barthel tips, apparently: no, and) have read my explanations about the scam with short sales. The most recent summary of findings on the search term "11ant Leerverkauf" can be found here:But the actual question was not the matter of the plot of land, but how you decide with whom you would build.
The division of the world into pushover fools and know-it-alls is maybe a bit too black-and-white (?), and even I cannot send you a private message with my almost twelve thousand posts, because you have too few posts for someone to be allowed to send you a private message :-( But that is not necessary either. I am just amazed that you were already quite far in 2013, but almost seven years later today you still approach obtaining offers incredibly amateurishly. Without a plot of land (because inevitably without knowledge of the relevant development plan) that is counting without the host and thus pure fortune telling. Such an offer is always void insofar as the provider can easily say afterwards, "no, with such a different house design it no longer applies" — aside from the fact that in the described situation you can hardly manage to find a plot of land within the offer binding period — most are not binding anyway. As I said, read through the Barthel tips, then a plot will be found, and also the short sales posts. Otherwise, there are already dozens of provider finding guides here in the forum, including my eternal reels: 1. take the owner-managed construction company from the region; 2. find it at the construction site by chatting at the fence and walking in the new development area; 3. if it always uses red brick, then don’t try to make it white brick or vice versa. But 0. unfortunately none of this works until you have the plot of land with which you can make the decisions. Somewhere it is only hardly likely that really we are all the non-know-it-alls and you are already handling everything cleverly and just happen to live in a bad luck region. And sorry folks, but if you are not from Erfurt and the surrounding area, it does not mean that you have to know everything better. [...] And on the topic of 2013 you can gladly send me a private message, otherwise it does not belong here.
