If the construction companies, as they claim, "have" properties, i.e. they own them, they can easily provide the address etc., since the property cannot be purchased without buying the house from the respective construction company. This is the simplest way to find out whether the construction company owns its own properties or not. In my experience last year, this does happen now and then, only that the properties were then directly in the flight path of an airport or otherwise unattractive.

Make sure that there is no registered right of way there.

The original poster has obviously already taken a photo of the specific property no. "8" himself??? The property has no rear neighbor, what do you mean?

Probably the path on the side, which also belongs to our property. Since the path is marked as our property in the development plan, we assume that there is no right of way for it, as this path will completely disappear once all the properties are developed.

Yes, but in the meantime the OP had already surpassed that by apparently physically evaluating a specific plot of land.

By the way, I would qualify that: only if they don't tell fairy tales and are completely upfront as a developer. Without an obligation to buy through the developer when purchasing the plot, I would clearly ask for the plot price "solo only for the plot" and even if the seller otherwise made the shortlist, I would build with another for tax reasons—unless he was roughly more favorable regarding the tax burden.
