Which garage roof? And how to connect the garage with the house?

Hello dear ones,
I am still brand new here (we are still at the very beginning of the house construction – just dealing with all the paperwork ) so I am not quite sure if I’m in the right place.
I have a question about garages, if I’m wrong, just tell me where I should go next time.

So we would like a prefabricated double garage with a wide sectional door with electric drive. It should be plastered in the same color as the house. So far, so good. Now to my questions:
- What are the price differences between shed roof, gable roof, and green flat roof? (Only these 3 roofs are allowed in the community).
- Which roof would you recommend?
- And: The garage should have a door to the garden and a door that leads directly into the house. Is that even possible with prefabricated garages? And if yes, how?
- Then the size of the garage. An SUV must fit inside, the rest should be used for bicycles, children’s equipment, etc., maybe a small workbench. Is 6x6 meters enough for us?

Hello Anya, unfortunately I can't say anything about the roofs. We ordered a concrete prefabricated garage. It was inexpensive with the provider in our comparison, but for any extras like a different color, electric garage door opener, doors, windows, a lot extra is charged (or would be, because we didn't take any of that). So a prefabricated garage does not exclude an additional door, but if you want many extras on your garage, it could be that a price advantage quickly evens out. It's best if you already know exactly what you want for the garage and then get complete, concrete offers.
