And this thing with likes/doesn't like/likes better doesn't work if you don't know the needs. What is better: Jeep 4x or Porsche 511?
Take a look here:

Regardless of the lack of information, may I as a father point out that the idea of a staircase to the children's rooms starting in the living room could be somewhat inconvenient?
I don't know how the creator or the participants feel, but sometimes children might want to go to their rooms in the evening without their parents. (After a party or with guests?) If mom and dad are sitting in the living/dining room, that’s somehow “uncool.” Also, conversely, these walking routes can cause some disturbance.

Then the office between the children's rooms would be just right, because then any complaints regarding the staircase planning have a short distance to mom and dad.

Another small point. I don’t know where the main lines supply starts. But if you plan the technical room on the other side of these, it can get expensive with the supply lines... I assume that at least a street is by the garage entrance. Sometimes overbuilding is not desired/allowed at all.

I suspect that at least one street is at the garage access. In part, an overbuilding is also not desired/allowed.

I withdraw the first post the staircase begins on the other side, the picture was a bit too small or my eyes too bad.

You said it. These additions are evidence of poor planning. Simply attached. For us, overbuilding of supply lines would not be allowed at all – and rightly so.
