Which building plot to choose from 2 options?

Tiles would go quickly for me - but then there is still my wife.....

The renewed discussion regarding the building plot only arose because we fixed on number 43 (and not 40). I only found out yesterday that 41 and 42 are now also possible. And I find it more sensible to choose based on facts rather than intuition, especially when it comes to the building plot. Unless new arguments arise - assuming positive feedback from the potential homeowner - it will be number 41.
