Everything is flat. You can forget about the lines. I already have the development plan. But that is not relevant here. We can build whatever we want. That is possible on both parcels.

Yes, then you know what to do ;)

I don't see it that way! I think the purple lines mean the cornflower blue solid lines, and those clearly look like the building envelope, while the black (with the dots) represents the building boundary.

No, purple. Rotated about 5° from the vertical, in both image sections. So always through the property.

Funny, they weren't there yesterday

Yeah, no idea. Maybe we'll get to see the development plan in full sometime, how it actually has to be? ...

Coming - but I am on the way (without PC). It was only about the question of the building plot beforehand. Everything is basically flat, with little slope. The development is yet to take place. There can still be minor "changes". To my knowledge, the lines really mean nothing concerning the building plot. They are also not cables. As far as I know, they were old boundaries. I will check it again as soon as I am at home. Thanks for the hint.

With 43 you get a great southwest terrace, which cannot be shaded by the street because of the construction. Both plots are very good, though. Access from the north is always quite easy to plan.

Furthermore, 43 is quite a few meters smaller. With high land prices, the price difference already makes a difference, which you could use to buy something else.

PS: corner plots also have a lot of "disadvantages":
- increased snow removal service, if available / the same theoretically applies to other street cleaning services like maintenance or similar
- you cannot share the cost of the hedge on the street with anyone
- "everyone" walks directly on the border, not just one neighbor (especially with only a 1m high hedge...)
