Which building plot to choose from 2 options?

ps: corner plots also have a lot of "disadvantages": [...] (especially with only a 1m high hedge...)

Both will be affected by the "visibility triangle," as well as by a problematic (or in this area excluded) driveway situation at the corner.

I have to ask for your opinion again: We could now also buy building plot 42 or 41. North is at the top; the plots slope down about 1.5 meters to the west (left). That means within the then planned built-up area about 1 meter (i.e. practically level). So far, we have been considering number 43. I see the road as a disadvantage, but as an advantage that the next building to the west is somewhat further away. An advantage of 41/42: Road only to the north, more room for positioning the house and garage. Due to the terrain rising slightly from west to east, I am currently tending towards number 41. Have I overlooked something? I can realize the planned building project on both parcels.

Oh look, suddenly there is a slope after all. I can't decide something like this without the entire plan, why are you hesitating so much? You can just black out the residential area.... Behind the properties is a rather wide footpath?

If the 41 is easier to build on because there is less slope, there isn't much to consider, right? Whether you find a treasure or a warrior bomb somewhere, you only know when it's too late anyway.
