Where are the ECB's key interest rates heading?

this is already a top offer! But it is also due to the very low loan-to-value ratio. For us, the Commerzbank offer via Dr. Klein is now about 90% loan-to-value at 3.29% interest and 1.6% repayment over 10 years.
We find the offer acceptable.
Sparkasse in Osnabrück had offered about 3.49% with 1.67 repayment. We have now decided for Commerzbank.

I rather remembered 7-8% or was that the forecast for mid-2024?
