It was probably just a cough. Nobody will be impressed by that.

Because after a steep crash a slight recovery follows? In the Middle East, a full-scale war is looming... this is far from over.

A full-scale war? Do you think Iran is driving its five old Russian tanks through Yemen to Israel?

BTW, I have nothing against falling interest rates. It will save me a lot of money next year.

10-year covered bond yields are at a level from December/January 2024, i.e. the interest rates for real estate loans must develop accordingly

You are under a complete misconception. Without further comment, one can say that the powder keg "Middle East" can explode at any time.

The stock crash has just started for now. Stay calm, it will go much deeper. But it is also a healthy recovery.
Is there pressure now for interest rate cuts? Probably not.

The stock markets are only a few percent below their all-time highs, the gold price is at an all-time high, the inflation data is difficult, wages are rising and the dollar is falling. If interest rates were cut now, everything would be going off again in a few days. No, I don't believe that.

After Putin comes the Middle East, whoever wants to buy should buy and not wait. It is never the right time, but in hindsight, one is always wiser.
