What to consider on a hilly plot of land???

our dream property is located on a hill, meaning it slopes gently upward. Is there anything we need to consider for building a house in this situation? And will there be additional costs involved? We would greatly appreciate any information, as we couldn't find anything about this anywhere.

Multiple excavations are possible due to the hill as well as the removal of the sand or distribution on the property. Alternatively, filling with sand to obtain a level property. Could be between 5000 and 9000 €.

First of all, precisely determine how steep the slope inside the house is; merely looking is not enough here. If the slope is steep, the house must be adapted accordingly, e.g., living spaces in the basement or something similar.
