Hello! We have now decided where we want to build. It is a developing settlement. There are a few adjacent plots there that are being sold by the district. They are marked on a sketch in a certain size. Now the responsible employee said that they are flexible with the size when allocating, so the plot boundaries can still be adjusted. Now I am wondering what the ideal size is. I can hardly imagine how much space there is when a house is already standing, so how much garden there is if you have 500, 700, 1000 or however many sqm. Maybe you can help me a bit. We want a play area for the children with a climbing tower and a trampoline, space for a rotary clothesline, possibly a small pool, a spot where we can set up a pavilion, a fenced area for our non-outdoor cats and some lawn, so that all this is not too cramped. If the house now has a floor area of about 200 sqm (including garage). What do you think, how big should the plot be? I know this is ultimately subjective, what everyone considers big enough, but what would you say? Thanks in advance!
