Okay, then maybe I really didn't read your contributions closely enough. To me, it came across as if your aim was to keep the expenses as high as possible in order to have a correspondingly low tax base (and I thought that interest payments were a particularly bad way to do that because they don’t benefit me personally).
Regarding the VAT law: Thanks, I’m already aware of that. ;)
However, outside of the tax perspective, there are certainly other considerations that companies and private individuals might view differently (risk appetite, time horizon, etc.). Additionally, the tax perspective can go beyond the types of income tax (e.g., corporations, etc.).
