Hello everyone,
our house (without a basement) is currently being built. The shell is now almost completed and the electricians are now pulling in the cables.
The installation of the cables for the outdoor lighting (north side / south side) and the supply line for the garage (south side in preparation) is now up next.
According to our site manager, the cables should be routed outside according to the attached drawing. That is common practice. It was also done this way at our neighbors’.
The cables should be led through the wall at about 500 - 600mm height (above the external waterproofing). From there they run down along the waterproofing through a joint in the clinker bricks. The masons then plaster the cable in.
No empty conduits to the outside were installed, except for the multi-utility house entry. That is of course not good, but I can’t change it anymore now.
Is there a better option here?
If not, what should I pay best attention to here? How do I best seal the cable? Should I pull the cables myself through a Primo (airtight flush-mounted box)?
