I would place the light well in the north at the neighbor's boundary and the terrace more to the west, so around the corner. The garden house also in the north. Next to the garage, one could then gravel and use it as a parking space or a chat/neighborhood terrace. The garden house could also be at the front right.

The "peanuts" I meant relatively, but here it is not very dramatic: the knot lines only separate the pairs of plots from the next ones, for which a reference height that deviates by half a meter then applies. Strangely enough, for the garages, you have to coordinate them not with your own duplex partner, but with the neighbor on the other side (i.e. with a different reference height). You can build II + D here, although this does not have to be exploited; II without D would also be possible. Tell me more precisely about the plot dimensions. It seems to me that you have marked a pair of houses shifted here compared to the first sketches. Instead of page 4 of the development plan, you have probably duplicated page 3.

Building together with the partner is highly advisable; it is best to plan together as well. However, this does not mean that the same house formats have to be chosen, and here I even advise unequal ones: namely, in your half to fully utilize the building window depth and rather make the house narrower in favor of a wider west garden.

...you are right. I actually duplicated page 3 and sold it as page 4. :)
But I will attach it now... and I have no more official documents.

As already mentioned, the size of the semi-detached plot is about 11m x 28.5m.
If I now want/should fully exploit the entire building window depth, then I would rather build a narrow house with, for example, about 5m x 13/14m.
Is the supposed "added value" then really given?
Ok, for the outdoor facilities/garden yes, but for the room planning I am rather skeptical or rather, that currently exceeds my horizon... ;-)

Was I also right that you "shifted" the semi-detached house – which location would then be the correct one of the two? Did you only receive these pages, or is that already the entire plan? I think so too – how do you come to the idea that I meant it that narrow?

So in our development plan in Bayeen there are also green strips and our municipality definitely does not allow any shed no matter how tiny. However, all plots with green strips have fences.
