Two-family house up to €270,000?

I have no complaints so far. However, I have only had one minor claim with the legal expenses insurance and an initial telephone consultation. Both went flawlessly and without any problems. (normale Rechtsschutz, nicht Bauherren-Rechtsschutz)

Thanks already for all the information. For the construction, you can probably insure yourself like that without taking out financing at the Sparkasse, right?
