That is probably not even the shell construction yet, but just a few walls and a roof. Are the floor slabs included in the price?

As far as I know, however, the top edge of the floor slab/basement ceiling. Everything outside should be finished including heating. Inside, possibly everything else is missing

Have you considered a used property? Maybe there is something more suitable... I notice with us that the older houses hardly sell (and I don't mean a ruin that needs complete renovation) because unfortunately many believe that they absolutely need a new house.

I have been looking for existing properties for the last 2 months and unfortunately haven't found anything so far. I understand that you can't find and buy a house quickly, but I also wanted to calculate the other possibilities.

The main problem is that we are very busy professionally and not exactly the most skilled craftsmen. Therefore, we shouldn't have to do much work ourselves on the future house.

Hello,

assuming you get a plot of land for EUR 70,000, you would have to put in already EUR 280,000 for the two-family house solution; in the turnkey variant, that is, without painting and flooring AND without a usable basement. For the "small" semi-detached house solution, already EUR 380,000. In both solutions, little to no money for necessary ancillary construction costs, painting, flooring, landscaping, etc.

Sorry, the budget set is too low for that. How about an existing property?

Best regards from the Rhineland

Then you should refrain from a shell construction. Because such a thing is only worthwhile if you want to save money through your own work.
