I came across a site through a local construction contractor. "Town & Country" basically passes the contracts on to local companies. A turnkey two-family solid house for €224,290 (excluding wallpaper and floor coverings).

Hello, Additional construction incidental costs, earthworks, foundation slab?, painting and floor coverings still apply and you'll be well over budget again. Not to mention any upgrades.

The foundation slab is included. Since we want to build with a basement anyway, this is secondary. If we subtract the house and a plot of land for 70,000€ from the total budget (400,000€), there are still 105,000€ left for the basement, additional construction costs, connections, etc. Isn’t that enough?

Hello, the "catalog" or internet prices are unfortunately mostly just bait offers. In addition, you have to build at least a Kfw70 house in BaWü (whether you want to or not, we have a green state government...). So at least another 10-20 thousand euros on top. Just get together with T&W and have them create an offer for your plot.

: Sorry, maybe I just can't see clearly today, but where does it say that in Baden-Württemberg at least the Kfw 70 standard must be built?
