Turnkey prefabricated house - total price okay?

Hello everyone, great that you put together so much here and help with that!

My question: We have 200k available for the turnkey (with all the bells and whistles!) house construction. So also garden, earthworks, slab foundation etc. Please completely turnkey!! A basement is not necessarily planned, unless someone convinces me that this or even just a partial basement is cheaper. As I said, the house including incidental costs and everything around it should not be more expensive than 200. Plot is extra. My question: Is that enough? Alternatively: Would a semi-detached house be cheaper? I only save one wall and some land, right???

And - please calculate separately - what extra cost in euros comes with peat soil?

Oh yes, overall it should be about 140 sqm. 2-story or bungalow.

For 100 sqm living space: "yes" - bungalow: "no"


If the 2nd DH partner delays: "no", otherwise the savings - excluding land size - amount to an estimated EUR 3,000.


Ask the civil engineer about additional foundation costs ...
