Bobbycar racetrack for little kids - and then see further later. But for that, you need kids;)

Yes, you're right, I am also curious to see how the house presents itself. So far, I have only received the documentation from the real estate agent. The photos make the house look quite okay and it is described as such. Of course, that doesn't have to mean anything yet. My next step will definitely be to arrange a viewing appointment together with an architect/building expert. Then I'll see if there's anything wrong with the house. Hopefully not...! But just in case, if removing, do you think the order of magnitude of around 10,000-12,000 could be accurate?

Are you sure that it's concrete? In the photo, I would rather say it's asphalt...

10-12k is a healthy range to approach the project. The house purchase shouldn't fail because of that.

If it's 30cm of reinforced concrete on a contaminated subbase, you won't get by with that. If it's (environmentally unburdened) asphalt, you're under budget, even with external services.

Ah ok, you see, I'm not an expert at all... ;). I simply assumed it must be concrete. So asphalt would be easier to remove, as you say. Well then, I hope that is what it is.

Wow.. I think the tennis court is super cool! Even with a tennis wall, if no partner is available..!! If there are children, you can train a little Agassi ;) You see.. I can't contribute anything to your question :p
