Hello everyone. I wanted to give a progress report anyway. We looked at the house and saw many beautiful things but also some that leave big questions open. For example, probably rising damp in the facade, the house is not connected to the sewer system due to its secluded location, drinking water from its own source (who checks the water quality?), etc. I’m not going to list everything now. Regarding the tennis court: It is really in poor condition and in my opinion should be removed and a neat garden created. Outside of the court, there is mainly a slope, so not very usable. In my view, the court is
asphalt and not concrete, as I originally suspected. (See photo). The effort for demolition and the costs should therefore be somewhat lower, right?
