Turn old tennis court into garden

Looks more like asphalt. Would also rather pile up. Pool on top and deck around it... A partition (small wall) and soil will be cheaper than demolition.

Yes THAT is really a worn-out place ;). "Unserer" is also not that great but at least still recognizable.

Sure, but even on that you can play football, train dogs, have a pool on it and endless other things. If the house actually fits, it won't be a problem to use it sensibly and affordably. I'm already curious how the viewing will go.
