For me personally: no!
We have underfloor heating throughout the entire house. According to the general contractor, electric supplementary heaters were also planned in the bathrooms (12 sqm and 4 sqm).
We did not have these electric supplementary heaters installed in the bathroom or the guest WC with shower along with the underfloor heating, but removed them as "self-performance"; we also did not provide any provisions for them.
(77.willo described this directly in his post #12, as it was hinted to us during the equipment consultation "indirectly").
If it ever gets too cold for showering or bathing, there is always the good old fan heater, which will additionally warm up the bathroom for those 10 minutes. In any case, we had no problems with "too cold" this winter.
By the way, our towels also dry after the washing machine on the regular line or hung over the shower overnight.
