The tiles are installed on the wall with the same spacing as the floor tiles - do you think the screed will change its surface again ;)?

It was done like that for us too - and we had a strongly cupping screed in the bathroom. Nothing was patched - it just looks good ;)

You just have to measure the screed precisely first, then it can work out. But if you overlook something, you have a problem. That’s why I would only do it if I can expect very clean work from the [Friseur], meaning I know him.

Okay, I just had exactly that trust - but that's part of it, right?

They have to make an appropriate tile plan beforehand and check where it will come out. No matter when it starts...

Especially the long-lasting wall tiles took us a lot of time - I was very glad that it all worked out when the screed was ready for covering.

Actually yes, but has been proven otherwise several times...

Back to the topic: Do you want to lay the tiles yourself?

Hello everyone,

and thank you for the contributions.
I will not publish myself, but a friend will, who is currently not available, otherwise I would have already asked there.

I just wanted to discuss this matter in advance and question any flaws in reasoning ;-)

Thank you!
