Please, please don't add more!
I didn't request an explanation, only you keep getting carried away with your nonsense, others point it out to you, and you respond with contradictions.

Anyway... we can now wait for your last word again – I'm out!

Regards, Yvonne

That is a very snobbish statement that disqualifies anyone who has to watch their money during construction. More than half of all houses in SH have unfoiled windows, radiators are not a bad thing. Toilets from Ideal Standard are perfectly fine. Raffs and roller shutters, I don’t know anyone here who buys those, I also don’t know any new building with controlled residential ventilation, and I don’t only know ours, and almost all houses in SH are made of aerated concrete unless they are made of wood. For 20 euros you can find functional and reasonably good quality tiles. There is nothing to criticize about the Flair 113 if you’re fine with basic. You can live in it, you won’t freeze, it complies with the 2016 Energy Saving Ordinance and doesn’t drive the builder into forced auction because it’s affordable. Here in OH it costs 146,500 at absolute base. So with some extras about 160. That no one here dares to say in this environment, yes, that’s exactly what we can do and that’s why we do it that way, doesn’t surprise me with statements like the one quoted above. Karsten

The reason no one here dares to say that this is what it is, is probably because people here do inform themselves a little. Before putting something like this up, one should perhaps look for a higher-quality used building.

And anyone who still installs radiators in a new build in 2017 deserves to be punished. Likewise, aerated concrete is simply unsuitable for interior walls due to lack of sound insulation; it doesn’t change anything if others do it the same way. Building completely without [Raffstoren] and [Rollläden] is, in my opinion, a violation of applicable law (summer heat protection) and next you’re going to tell us that textured wallpaper is a contemporary and modern form of wall design? Sorry, but you don’t have to build new for that – a used property can still be significantly higher quality and is more worthwhile in such a case.

In the end, you get what you pay for. These cookie-cutter houses aren’t cheap because they are cookie-cutter houses, but because mainly cheap providers work with cookie-cutter houses. From the foundation slab to the roof.

Oh Grym, anyone who knows your posts knows that with your statement about Flair113 you once again embarrass yourself.

In the green and here your floor plans were discussed very often, your resistance to advice shone more than the roof of the [Flair]
