"Typenhaus" is a construction method-independent generic term. It refers to a house design intended to be built for Müllers / Meiers / Schulzes according to identical plans (even if mirrored or with shifted non-load-bearing walls).
Execution plans, structural analysis, verification of structural analysis, calculation: all in the drawer. It can be built using timber frame construction, stone on stone, shuttering stone on shuttering stone – of course not the same type in different construction methods, but this approach "applies" to all construction methods.
The largest solid construction contractor cooperation (master builders) abandoned this more than twenty years ago, timber panel prefab builders only a few years ago, the concrete panel prefab builders are still "loyal" to this concept. It also still exists in kit houses. And with developers who erect entire settlements with generic A and B and generic sixteen types.
Off topic again – I didn’t want your explanations You really don’t notice it
