"Typenhaus" is a construction method-independent generic term. It refers to a house design intended to be built for Müllers / Meiers / Schulzes according to identical plans (even if mirrored or with shifted non-load-bearing walls).

Execution plans, structural analysis, verification of structural analysis, calculation: all in the drawer. The most built house in Germany is the Flair 113 and costs correspondingly little with accordingly low performance. The thinnest possible approved base slab without WU concrete, concrete roof, interior walls made of aerated concrete, roof trusses, uncoated windows, cheapest ceramics, radiators, 20-euro tiles, no controlled residential ventilation, no blinds, cheapest roller shutters, 6 sockets in the kitchen, cheapest exterior plaster, which turns green after a decade... wonderful. The low price does not come from the standard house, but from the cheap materials. And whether the sealing etc. is carried out professionally or cheaply, has already been doubted by more than just one person.
