As soon as Mrs. Ungeduld has addressed any remaining questions, they can be gladly answered. Incidentally, World-e has responded that a wooden frame house from a local carpentry will be their choice. With reasoning, though significantly shorter than mine.

Phew, this is really exhausting here. I have been thinking and gathering information for months.

Haas and Hanse are our favorites. I just wanted to know if anyone has had good or bad experiences with these companies.

I'm out of here.
Thanks to those who really wanted to help.
I thought this was a forum for adults.

This effect occurs more frequently on ETICS facades than on monolithic ones. Apparently it cannot be prevented, but it can be reduced by applying more plaster on the wall.

It is - even if sometimes they have to be as patient as poor Judith82, who is stuck with an endless controlled residential ventilation singer dispute.

You started your thread awkwardly: if you really just want to know which is better between Haas or Hanse, then the title "Timber frame construction - which company is good?" was not optimal. And an answer to the follow-up question of how many more than these two you actually know - so whether these two are your entire comparison horizon, or already the result of a selection (according to which criteria?) - would have been quite helpful, also to satisfy your impatience.

That I didn’t immediately think of reading your forum name as a kind of "over-heading," I do bow my head for that.

That everyone here really wanted to help, I do not claim for myself alone, but for all my “co-writers” as well.

What exactly did you expect: that several of us have already built two houses each here, one with Haas and one with Hanse, and can tell you a nice pros and cons table from that?

Impatience can sometimes be exhausting. By the way, also for the others.
