40€/sqm including adhesive and small materials. Silicone and baseboard were extra, but that was small stuff. The work is of average quality, I think. But large format! 30x60 is standard nowadays. We have 120x30 on the floor and 120x60 on the wall.

The price doesn't seem that unusual after all. Our region's land is a bit more expensive due to the proximity to Lux.

I wanted to do the garage with epoxy resin anyway.

65 sqm for the bathroom? Walls and floor? What kind of bathroom is that? Or do you have tiles up to three meters high?

The question is where you get the tiles from, and why you are using the GC’s tiler. Apparently, he tiles your toilet, kitchen, and hallway, ... then he probably won’t let it be doubted that he’s allowed to do the rest as well and will charge accordingly. Get another offer from someone else - however, I don’t find his hourly wage at AI unreasonable.

That roughly matches, the bathroom is about 12sqm and the guest WC about 5sqm, tiled up to the ceiling that is around 60sqm (without waste and I still have an intermediate wall in the bathroom).

I will definitely get more offers. What do you mean by "at AI"?

All inclusive: base, adhesive, joint compound, silicone sealing, possibly supervisory work and if necessary also waste.

Ok, 2 bathrooms... I assumed there was only one.
However, the more interesting question is why you are choosing the general contractor.
