Tiling, normal price per square meter?

What do you think is a reasonable price per sqm for tiling (labor including material) without tiles?

Our general contractor charges
for floor tiles in the living area (30*60) €80 / sqm (approx. 72 sqm area),
for utility room/garage €50 / sqm (approx. 65 sqm) and
for bathrooms €90 / sqm (floor and wall area approx. 65 sqm)). Without tiles!

65sqm for the bathroom? Walls and floor? What kind of bathroom is that? Or are you still tiling at three meters high?

The question is where you get the tiles from, and why you are using the tiler of the general contractor. Apparently, he is tiling your WC, kitchen, and hallway,... then he probably won't let anyone doubt that he is allowed to do the rest as well and will charge accordingly. Get another offer from someone else - however, I don't find his hourly wage at AI unreasonable.

What do you mean by "with AI"?

It's about right, the bathroom is about 12sqm and the guest WC about 5sqm, tiled up to the ceiling that's around 60sqm (without waste and I still have an intermediate wall in the bathroom).
