With the bathroom, I can possibly understand it, but €80 per sqm for a flat surface is exaggerated.

What choice do you have? You can cancel the service and get a credit. But then your general contractor will have you in trouble regarding the bathroom waterproofing warranty, because the tiler also does this. Without the general contractor, the tiler has no warranty. Simple as that.

65 €/sqm + 600€/per flush-mounted shower 2017
Mixed calculation, only bathrooms would have become more expensive
For
Laying, tile adhesive, grouting, joint mortar, cleaning, sealing floors in the bathrooms entire area, sealing (foil) showers, slope, showers, silicone, acrylic etc

At first it seemed like a lot of money, but upon closer inspection you couldn’t really complain about a few euros more. Quite a bit of material and several work steps are necessary. Tiling is only a small part

Just checked, we paid 105€ per m² for our hallway. However, this includes tiles etc., and the tiles used would normally have cost about 45€ per m². The whole thing was done by a very meticulous specialist company that delivered wonderful work, even though the floor was anything but easy to lay (old building).

100€ per m² including tiles around 30-35€. Including everything. Silicone, baseboard. 30*60 and 20*80

2018: with our general contractor it was 65 euros/m2 plus tiles, but 60x30 already cost an additional charge. 60x60 in the bathroom were about 78 euros just for the format. As I said, everything except tiles was included (baseboard, silicone, adhesive, standard joint material). Because we only had the bathroom done halfway up the wall (standard: floor to ceiling), we even got a few euros back – which the painter then received for the fine plasterwork needed )

For the garage you can still do some DIY, even if it’s just a primer plus concrete paint for now.
