Groundwater also likes to rise sometimes. What kind of house is being built? Solid or wood

Yes, I dug at the time when the water level was the highest.

Ground floor house, walls made of aerated concrete.

I wrapped the reinforcement correctly, I do everything myself. I have already brought some people here to show this, only one said it was bad, the others said ah, that’s nothing.

But here almost everyone builds their own house independently, so everyone also has their own opinion.

Could it be related to the concrete curing too quickly?

The problem here is that from the street you cannot drive big machines into the yard.

There simply runs a 100mm gas pipe along the property facade. From the ground to the pipe 2.50m, so I had to order a concrete pump. The outside temperature during pouring was also above 40 degrees Celsius, the concrete hardened so quickly I couldn’t keep up. After 30 minutes it was hardly levelable.

Concrete grade 300.

I suspect that maybe it didn’t fully settle? Or maybe it didn’t become completely monolithic.

So I have another suggestion, I am not in a hurry with the construction site right now, I could fill the crack and observe it after the winter.

If the crack occurs again there, then I will think further, that is the only solution that comes to my mind where I don't burn money.

The base plate then goes onto the topsoil?

Who planned that?

If it is only one crack, in my opinion it cannot be a shrinkage crack. You would have had several.

I would definitely do that. Otherwise, water comes from above, runs in, freezes, and widens the crack further. Whatever you plan, but leaving a shell construction open over several winters... I think damage is unavoidable. Did that one person explain why it is serious?

No, the soil inside was brought in by me, it is still settling.

I thought about it like this: gravel in, tamp it down properly, waterproofing, reinforcement steel and concrete on top of the entire foundation, so that it is 15cm higher again.

, no, he also didn't know the exact cause and told me to just throw a thick base plate over it myself.
