Where in Karlsruhe are you building? 475€/m³ I consider sporty in Karlsruhe. Or was that without ancillary building costs? We are also building in Karlsruhe with an architect and are calculating around 620€/m³ and we are within the cost calculation. The standard is of course not the lowest, but I assume you do not choose the lowest standard either if you went to the architect for the sake of ‘appearance’.
We are not building directly in Karlsruhe but in the countryside between Karlsruhe and Pforzheim. The 475€/m³ was without ancillary building costs. Including them, we come to about €720,000 in the estimate.
