Surcharge for facade paint from white to color?

If the plaster is already colored, it should be cheaper since that's two coats (work steps) less. To me, that's a false argument. Just make it white, if you still want a different color in five years, just paint it yourself.

Nothing. We had color charts from STO and were free to choose. Only color accents were subject to an additional charge. Not an entire wall.

First of all, we did not build with a general contractor. It was already planned to give the house some color, so we had the free choice to select from the color fan. The desired color was then applied ready-mixed in the plaster and that was it. In our case, it was as follows: the applicator went to the building materials dealer and said "plaster mixed in color XYZ", please for quantity xxm2 and done. So either his margin was already so high that the extra "mixing" was negligible, or it is negligible because it "hardly" costs extra. And as already mentioned, this saves 2 work steps —> at least 2x painting of white plaster.

I also have colored plaster, paint of free choice at no extra cost. Only the request of the [GU], "Please" not to choose too dark. Even recesses have been done without extra charge, but there plastered white and then painted.

But that's naive. Especially with prefabricated houses, but also with many general contractors for solid construction, the business model is to profit from the customers' extra wishes. Like with cars ... you only get one color included, and if you want something different, you pay. Whether it's more elaborate or not.
