Surcharge for facade paint from white to color?

Don't despair. Building a house does not mean freedom, but rather making compromises with the real reality of the plot, development plan, and wallet. Unlike an existing house, you just don't know this beforehand or at least not which compromises will be necessary ;)

That is unfortunately the brutal truth, even if you think you have considered and calculated everything beforehand, even during it, eventually the day comes when you are proven otherwise...
