And then one should also renovate their rental apartment again. Because it can be many years before one leaves it and moves into their own home.

That doesn’t change the problem that the TE’s prefab builder apparently signi me - 2 started last November, moved in July - 1 started around January, for them it’s dragging on incredibly - 1 did the foundation slab this summer, the house will be put on it sometime in spring. Apparently Danwood sold significantly more than their own production capacity... - 2 are going well - one is us, I know that the problems are not only external but simply chaotic planning

That applies to every major industry in 2022.

I recommend being persistent and insisting on an earlier appointment through all levels. It is particularly attractive for construction companies to prolong things right now: on the one hand, order books are still very full, on the other hand, practically nothing new is coming in, there are hardly any new contracts – compare that to the credit loans as well. This means a downturn is foreseeable, which can be mitigated by stretching things out. Therefore, please remain persistent. Even if it currently depends on a lady there, she only has her instructions.

I now specifically want to ask you and to simply stop posting here. Your accusations and your incredible knowledge are just destroying the entire thread! Can’t you go somewhere else to act smart? I’m asking you...

There are certainly meaningful and constructive comments here that I would like to read and be able to respond to without having to skip your pages-long drifts, so that no one really knows what this is about anymore. Really, posts like looking for another prefab house provider, or how stupid someone can be to expect this and that at 22' when they signed at 21', oh man...

I want to know about experiences, nothing more and nothing less...

Thanks to all the real experiences, that helps to get an overview!

Very interesting, I think we will make an appointment with the lawyer right away! Thanks!

That's exactly my feeling too...
